We are a social enterprise dedicated to creating sustainable solutions that positively impact communities in and around Sandwell.

At TCC, we develop effective, efficient, sustainable, and flexible services and programmes to increase working opportunities and services for individuals, the public, private, and third sectors. Our mission is to fill the gaps in local provision, developing projects and programmes to meet the unmet needs of our communities.
Supporting harder-to-reach communities, including the long-term unemployed, to help them find sustainable employment
Providing up-to-date training and support for individuals and organizations
Encouraging self-employment and entrepreneurship
Assisting unemployed and self-employed people in accessing project funding and tender opportunities
Offering networking and coaching opportunities for both employed and unemployed people
Conducting research into employment and unemployment
At TCC, we collaborate with communities, employers, individuals, education and training providers, and governing bodies to support best practice solutions and projects for a range of audiences.
