Have you ever tried to fill out a benefit form and just been completely lost? That’s why we’re here!
The Benefits Advice Centre is a not-for-profit community advice service, supporting 300 unemployed people each year, and is here to help answer questions about benefits claims, enabling people to manage their benefits at a time of crisis without the large expense of engaging advocates or solicitors.
We work with trained benefits advisors who can help you bring together information from lots of sources into one space, making it easier to read and understand. If you still aren’t sure, keep the conversation going until you feel you are ready to send off your application or appeal. There are no time limits, and we work at your pace. We also offer out-of-hours support, so there’s always someone waiting for your question!
If you need help with an application or appeal form for any kind of benefit (including income support, child tax credits or housing benefit), please visit Benefits Advice Centre | Facebook or call 0121 569 2615 where we’ll be happy to assist you.
